ProofingDough.com Refund & Exchange Policy



ProofingDough.com returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 business days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, packaging and accompanied by the original Proofing Dough order receipt. 

PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT reimburse Shipping Fees.

Items ELIGIBLE for Refund

All items that are broken, torn in transit or by manufacturer or otherwise defective are eligible for a FULL REFUND.

Undergarments
Items Used by Purchaser (Journals that have been written in, Garments that have been labeled with ink/marker or otherwise branded as personal, Worn apparel, etc.)
Gift Cards
Downloadable Software
Lotions, Gels, Creams, Etc.
Items with Removed Tags
Unwanted
Customized Gear/Merchandise
SALE or MISER Discounted Items



How Do I Get a Refund or Exchange On My Proofing Dough Purchase?



Refunds: If your purchased merchandise qualifies for a refund, please send a photograph that includes the current date (write on paper and placed in pic), along with a brief description of the product defect and original receipt of payment to: admin@proofingdough.com SUBJECT TITLE: Refund. We will review your request for refund. If your request does not include the photo of the damaged or otherwise defective merchandise, as well as the current date, description of product and original receipt, your request will be immediately rejected. If your refund request is rejected for the previously stated reasons, you will have three (3) days to resubmit your refund request to include all required components or your request will be rejected completely without further consideration. We DO NOT Reimburse Shipping Fees. Please allow up to 30 business days from refund request date for refund to be applied to original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer active, please contact your original payment provider to retrieve your refund.

We cannot assist with inactive payment method refund retrieval nor communicate on your behalf with your payment provider.

Exchanges: If you have an item that needs to be exchanged, please include your Return Merchandise Authorization number provided on your shipping label, with your request. Exchanges are only allowed on items not used and must be exchanged for identical item originally purchased. Please allow up to 45 business days for exchanges. 
 
All ProofingDough.com returns are processed for a refund issued to the original method of payment.

How Long Does it Take?

Exchange: It takes 30-45 business days to process all exchanges. Please note, it may take 10-15 business days for your exchange to arrive at our facility before it can be processed. Upon processing your exchange, you will receive an email confirming we have sent out the item to be exchanged. It can take up to the original shipping time to receive your exchanged item. Please check updated shipping times listed for your item.
Returns: It takes 15-30 business days to process all returns. Upon processing your refund request, you will receive an email confirming we have issued your refund. It can take an additional 3-5 business days for your refund to post to your original payment method depending on your financial institution.
